We guarantee all our bracelets for 30 days. If you're not happy with it, you may return it for a full refund. If the bracelet doesn't fit, the first resizing within 30 days is free (you pay shipping). If after 30 days you break or damage your bracelet, we will restring it for a small labor charge of $5.95 per string plus the cost of any beads that may need to be replaced (you pay shipping.) We repair, restring or redesign at any time.
If you need to return your bracelet for repair:
Call or email me and let me know the extent of the repair; pack your bracelet in a padded envelope and enclose a second padded envelope (stamped with adequate postage/insurance and self addressed); include detailed instruction for the repair.
Know what you're buying. Our jewelry is made with only the highest quality sterling silver. We use no brass, no pewter and no plastic. We also don't load our bracelets with all large round balls to fill the bracelet. Our bracelets are made with a wide variety of brilliant sterling beads and crystals. All are made especially for you and will generate interest and conversation.

Sometimes stamped .925, is an alloy of 92.5% silver, and 7.5% copper.
14 Karat Gold
Pure gold is 24kt, meaning 24 parts out of 24 are gold. 24kt is too soft to be functional, so it is alloyed with other metals for durability, cost, and color. 14kt is 14 parts gold out of 24, and the remaining 10 parts are other metals. Depending on the color of gold (which can be yellow, rose, green or white), the other parts may be copper, silver, nickel, zinc, tin, palladium, and/or manganese. (People with nickel allergies should be aware that White Gold contains nickel.)
14 Karat Gold Filled
Is made by using heat and pressure to apply a layer of karat gold to a base of less costly metal. This produces a surface with karat gold. The minimum layer of karat gold must equal at least 1/20 of the total weight of the item. The finished product has a surface layer of gold of the appropriate karatage, which is very thick compared to gold plate, gold electroplate or rolled gold plate. Gold-Filled items are generally considered life-time products, and the gold layer will not wear off, as it will in electroplated products. Some individuals cannot wear this material, as there are some who cannot even wear sterling or solid gold, but it is extemely rare.
