Now call us at the number listed and place your order. You can also email your order description and we will contact you to finalize the details. Currently orders are shipping the following business day.

Payment methods:

You can pay by Mastercard, Visa or Discover. You may also send a personal check or money order. If you choose to pay by check, you will only extend the shipping date by 2 or 3 days, the amount of time it takes for your check to reach us. We do not hold your check. As soon as your check arrives, the shipment goes out. However, in the event of a check returned to us unpaid (NSF, Account Closed, etc) we will expect you to remedy the situation immediately. We will accept payment by money order and you must include a returned check fee of $27.00.

Heartstrings are handcrafted using only the highest quality materials. We use heavy wall sterling silver and 14K GF beads, Bali and Turkish sterling, and genuine Swarovski crystals. Our specialty bracelets also include all natural stones in onyx, malachite, solidite, jasper, amber and freshwater pearls. We also design incredible pieces using handmade furnace glass.

Your bracelet will come in it's own drawstring pouch--the perfect place to store it when not worn, and with all classic sterling jewelry we include at no additional charge a polishing cloth to keep your bracelet looking it's best.

Since all of our jewelry is custom made especially for you, please allow sufficient time to deliver your order. Currently our delivery time is within one week--sometimes even sooner. However holidays increase the design and delivery time as do unusual orders.
